If u are in the right team, world class work, good salary, recognition is available. Luckily, there are many such teams available for the employees.

Cons

The India management is too much dependant on US teams and lack spine. Very few instances are there where they can standup for the benefit of overall company.

Insultingly low pay (bottom 10%), most understaffed place I've ever worked, be a doormat for the "blue badges."
