Pros

It was a job but only barely.

Cons

Management at all levels. Continual losses led to more and more layoffs. Hardest workers were not the ones recognized or advanced. Good Ole Boys company structure.

Incredible legacy - not much new going on

Pros

Fantastic people, especially in the Federal division, loads of experience and cross-learning opportunities. There is much to be said for their legacy and what you can learn from it.

Cons

Complete management flux, lack of creativity and vision for growth. Still trying to hold onto the past.
