Perfect for work / life balance

Cons

Platform to enable employee communication at the developer level across projects is very poor. The focus is always on the Management and other processes. Being an IT company I feel the focus should be on developer focused practices.

Good customer, project management turnover was the problem

Pros

The location (Boise) was nice, the customer was reasonable, the work was stimulating, and most of my co-workers were friendly, professional, and good to work with.

Cons

The turnover at the highest levels of the project management team was problematic, and there never seemed to be much, if any, support from the corporate level
