Its a dead end job. You become a Tier 1 who is constantly fighting for a bonus pay. You get promoted to Tier 2 which is slightly more pay after 6 months. The raise doesn't happen immediately and you will be over worked. If you become a manager(after 1 year of doing interviews) you will be overworked and undervalued. You will never get promoted past manager. •slow company. HR and manager's favorite quote is "we'll see" •Either mandatory overtime or never offered •Raises are .02% of base pay •No work environment. Once a year we get a company BBQ. No guests allowed. You pick up your food and go back to your work. Its a free lunch not a BBQ.
