      Pros

      The pay and bonus structure was far better than most call centers. Sem-casual environment and good supervisors. Overall, the pay was the best part.

      Cons

      They tightened up on internet usage policies; strictly enforcing that there was absolutely no internet usage unless it was on a call to resolve a technical issue. Even when there were no calls and you just wanted to google something, you couldn't.

      Pros

      Being a Flat organization, which many dont understand due to Hirearchy subjection, you pave your way forward. If you see it and interested(a role you would be passionate about) you can approach it directly without going thru beurocratic levels. HRM is practiced as lead by Manager. UU(Unisys University) is a great resource a corporate can offer. if you are a self learner you will love it and keep learning. excellent thing about this is it is up to date unlike few knowledge centers online. Kudos to this one specially.

      Cons

      The leaders/managers are not aware of the responsibilities resulting in not or poorly addressing team member's aspirations. need more guidance to the leaders by HR and L&D.

      Pros

      Unisys has a great work atmosphere. Brilliant people to work with. Nice attitude and flexible work culture. Great place to work if one wants a balanced work life and doesn't want a lot of upheavals in the work place.

      Cons

      Slow growth career wise. Need to wait for ones chances and its usually round robin. Hike and promotions are tough to get. No On-site opportunity
