      Not keeping their words

      Pros

      IT infrastructure and work atmosphere is very good, got to know more information about technical things.how to solve network related issues to an extent.its a place where there are many options where we can expand our knoweledge from through different streams.

      Cons

      People are not upto the words, they promised for a position and enrolled into another process.they did not let us know about the exact process under which we need to work.they dint inform about the exact work structure.

      Pros

      Diverse business units, working in various sectors - plenty of opportunities as an IT Architect or in Sales. I believe that the Business Architects are pretty stable as well.

      Cons

      supporting roles are downsized out of existence, outsourced, etc. If you are not in the business of business or building IT Solutions, your role may be quite temporary.
