      - good salary - friendly ambiance - understanding management (e.g. with families and students)

      - internal hires sometimes seem to be preselected - there is room for improvement regarding trainings - job gets monotonous

      Pros

      I worked in Unisys for about 2.2 years. The work place and colleagues were good and if u have right potential u can climb career ladder so soon when compared to other companies.

      Cons

      I worked as a business analyst here..I found the work should be process dependant not people dependant.if management takes these steps then it will surely be a great place to work for long time.
