      flexible working hours, not so stressfull work culture

      no room for personal growth, non availability of entertainment means within the company, poor appraisal, do not value employees staying for a long time within the company

      From decent to terrible

      Pros

      Stable work. Decent pay. They used to be good and i used to be able to say a lot of good things and now i cant sadly.

      Cons

      Reduced pay from 13 an hour to 11. Used to pay for A+ and network + training. Now they don't. Used to help pay more for college now they pay less and its much more of a hassle to get it. Literally got one day of actual training on the account i was on. The other four days i was just told to shadow. You can just tell they are desperate for anyone to hire anyone that knows how to turn on a computer because anyone with any talent got promoted or quit.
