Pros
Standard holidays and vacation pay. Company pays a week of salary with the number of years employed as severance.
Cons
We were told to "tote-the company line" and wait patiently for salary increases to come back. Years pass and then we get "laid-off". We outsource ourselves to our counterparts in Bangalore. Loyal employees (with 10 years + employment) got short-changed waiting for company promises that were never realized. Pay is NOT commensurate (very low) with similar jobs in other companies. Health insurance choices are very poor. Not enough to choose from.
