Knowledge base and learning is at hand in vast number of resources to acquire in depth knowledge from the moment of entry. Training people are on on top of their competences to transfer them to newcomers. Selection process is rapid and efficient. Cutting edge technology is used to serve clients in a professional way. Office atmosphere, resources is more than satisfactory.
Cons
Low level management is posh, power-envy, culturally behind, sometimes even incompetent compared to real workers. As per previous reviewer, CEO can say "hi", but yes lower level management sometimes does not take effort for greeting. Teamleaders lack communication with their assignees, building a boundary of information flow between operations and management to understand what can be really important for client-facing roles. Also confirming previous reviewer client satisfaction must be going downwards, because of long problem identification/solving times due to the above mentioned lower management psychology
