Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible timings, less work, lot of free time, relaxed work culture, good pay. A lot of these attributes depends on the boss that you have (both onsite and offshore)
Cons
less work and no motivation, fear of growing incompetent, lagging and slow processes, no importance, terrible organization structure and mapping. Its a fantastic company once you join as you'll have plenty of time at hand to relax and breathe-in. However, it gets really bad after 2 months as the lack of work will hit on you. Even if you get work, its not a very quality work and will add no value to your experience or exposure.
