      Once revered IT company has faded., The Titanic....it's a sinking ship

      Pros

      Decent benefits compared to larger companies, decent compensation.

      Cons

      Advancement and raises are few and far between. Most people not working at one of the corporate locations, ie client sites are in danger. Company does nothing to ensure job security between contracts, management only looks out for themselves. Company is loaded is incompetent OB (old boys) who even in their heyday were not that skilled. Many people get promoted due to longevity and have titles too big for their britches, such as engineer and architect. Most PMs and middle manager are buffoons who couldn't manage a lemonade stand.

      Pros

      The people has always an smile in the face no matter if there are problems and that behavior encourage other employees to keep going at the end to reach their individual objectives with passion and confidence "Deliver or Die" is the best definition I can describe as Unisys Employee

      Cons

      Within the last 8 years the management decided to permit left the company leaders and experienced professionals and this are the results, in the other hand the goal has been always to maintain Market and Stakeholders expectations high, but that strategy force to mantain employee expectations low in terms of salary and benefits and when the objectives are only based in one side, there in no balance and in someway the Market forces to payoff the bill

      Pros

      Not much to add here except peers are mostly excelent to work with. Director level and above though still has a lot to be desired.

      Cons

      Some team members were very disruptive to the overall goals of the company. Salaries have been held back for years. Employee recognition does not exist as it is all about the salary. No 401K matching for a long time. No stock purchase plans. Too much buddy back rubbing. Managers do not listen or coach effectively.
