      Reasonable flexible working arrangements. In the old days we had good fringe benefits. All I wrote it over 80 years. not sure should be okay I’ll come and say goodbye in the dining room to her that’s right because obviously the food food might go cold anyway so yeah.

      Cons

      Poor management to are not empowered mostly. Nobody is prepared to take a risk. Everybody is prepared to blame everybody.
