Since it is only a 5yr old company in the Philippines, HR-related issues regarding salaries, deductions, etc. take time. Your contributions (SSS) are not paid on time, I think they pay it semi-annual or twice a year so if you wanted to apply for loans, most of the time SSS will tell you that your contributions are still incomplete as they have not paid it yet even though you have completed the minimum loan cycle. Managers are actually the first ones to quit especially if you are not one of the "favored" as they don't hire leaders internally. No additional credits in your leave even for those who have stayed there for 5 years. No parking. The salary increase is minimal to none based on what the tenured agents mention. If Team Leaders don't like you or you are not part of their circle, you might as well resign as you will have a hard time coping with work-related activities.
