Have lots of flexibility in my job and the opportunity to work with world wide renowned companies. Friendly and relaxed company culture.

Cons

Company is going through a transformation process and business results are not that great (loosing key customers). Internal optimization/ down size pressure is swapping over into client relations and is counter productive to business success.

Awesome technology being developed providing opportunities to gain experience working in remote international teams.

Cons

Unisys is in the final transition stages moving it's workforce to developing countries such as India and reducing it's pension commitment to employees that have devoted half a life time of loyal service to the company. The primary focus of the company's board of directors is to position the company to be attractive fore resale.
