      Pros

      Good people for the most part under the manager level.

      Cons

      This company is a mess at every level of management, there is absolutely no vision for the future, no leadership, and no communications. You will not get a raise and they have no problem not delivering to the clients and leaving you to try to clean up the mess.

      Pros

      Pay is okay but could be better. Management will allow employees time to deal with personal concerns. Relatively laid back working environment.

      Cons

      After recent head-chopping several team are without the manpower to address the volume of work, Most management care more about their Facebook timelines than if the team will succeed. Hires under-qualified people to perform over-qualified work and will only pay 60% of that position's market value. While your co-worker are genuinely good people, most don't have the experience to perform the work required. Management tends to follow the "I know a guy" mentality when filling positions. HR is non-existent or doesn't deal with the issue that need to be addressed.
