      Pros

      Great way to get your feet wet, lots of opportunity for exposure to many different technologies. Good education options and certification training.

      Cons

      No upward growth options within Unisys Technical Services. No monetary raise in several years of outstanding service with the company. Constantly told they have no money, and they are quick to downsize to save even more of that money they don't have. Direct management was clueless, and the amount of red tape they need to cut through to get anything done is ridiculous.
