      Good company, but struggling with changing technology.

      Pros

      Good if you have mainframe experience, but they are losing the customers at a rate of 3 to 5 per year and only have 120 customers in the mainframe space.

      Cons

      Very political. Many workers have been there 20 or 30 years. Stagnant technology. Hugh pension load. Leadership is lacking, as most managers are trying to get ahead and don't care about their people.

      sweat shop, continues lay offs, too much overhead (sr. leaders), growth has been slow
