Pay is really bad. They do not give raises here. I have never gotten a raise. They simply don't have the money to give anyone raises. You best bet to get a raise is to find another company. The company no longer cares about their engineering business unit and is quickly destroying engineering with restrictions to work computers. They took away our admin rights and USB storage capabilities, they are laying off experienced engineers while only giving them 1 month to transfer knowledge to younger employees. The higher ups just absolutely don't want engineering in the business anymore it seems. Stealth is no longer a priority for the company, and will most likely be sold off completely, along with the rest of engineering. The outlook of this company is not good. Avoid it.

Lots of non written processes. Internally the other departments don't think of you as a colleague. Lot of people which is buried in their position and they don't move forward, neither have proactivity. Lot of very bad professionals which don't stand by their competences, instead just having knowledge of languages (3 or more)
