Competitive pay, nice co-workers, good history and a few loyal customers. Fun and interesting projects to work on, although many were not thought out. Good environment to work. Good travel opportunities

Cons

No loyalty, no benefits, client base is shrinking fast. They shutdown entire divisions in California and are trying to survive. Your group can always be the next cost saver. So have another job in your pocket. Stop off-shoring,

Local management is very supportive. Current senior management seems to have vision. This was not the case for much of the last 15 years.

Cons

Suffers from many of the same maladies as the rest of the computer industry. It is always a struggle to find the right product and a way to sell it.
