- If one gets into the right team, there can be a lot to learn. - If one doesn't get into a good team, no fear. You will have ample time to prepare for your future(job/higher studies). - The people are friendly, good teamwork

Cons

- Less pay for the work you are supposed to do - People who can talk well, can rise up high in the ladder(i.e., politics) - No real projects, just POCs - Good place for Business Analysts, as the good coders are treated the same way as bad BAs
