Pros

Newer leadership team seems to really care about the employees and the customer. They are getting us tools to help us do our jobs better. We've gotten some new benefits lately and they gave us a "thank you" day off in Q4 for taking care of our customers through Covid.

Cons

The amount of change we've been through is difficult and we are having supply chain issues, like everyone else in the world.

Lack of proper training. Disconnects between sites and headquarters. Phone rings off the hook and no one to answer it when customers are present.
