Pros

There are not any pros.

Cons

-you will compete with colleagues for new clients. Branch partners will not introduce customers to FA’s because it is not beneficial to them. Branch partners are not incentivized to send referrals to FA. -I would not take this position. You will be undercut by other bank employees for business. -Your regional manager and the COO of Brokerage will not support you. -Do not consider this position

Pros

It’s 9am-5pm weekdays, 6pm on Friday

Cons

Overworked, understaffed. Promises not kept. Difficult to get time off. NOT family or health oriented. Under appreciated. Unrealistic goals are expected. Favoritism. Loopholes in their employee handbook that allows them to make you work off the clock.

Pros

My office was very close to a Wendys, it was very convinient and easy to get in and out of it. The drivethru often was completely empty so I could get my food very fast

Cons

The management wasn't very nice when I said I needed a long lunch break, I told them I had to go to McDonalds but I think they knew I was at Wendy's which was very close.
