      The Pay is decent for the area.

      Cons

      Poor management. Quite a bit of favoritism. Word of mouth black balling employees. No advancement opportunity unless you're apart of the buddy system. Never transparent with any information. Have very little regard for the employees.

      runzheimer mileage reimbursement was a disaster, no contribution to 401k until 1yr of employment, outdated CRM charting, insurance benefits not great at all
