Raises are terrible. We are making less every year due to inflation. No cost-of-living adjustments Conflicting priorities between different levels of leadership both at UBC and with their client Refusal to adhere to written HR policies regarding DTO Micro-managing of nurses by people with no nursing background Patients are no longer the priority-productivity is. It is now a call center mentality when we are not a call center. Questioning anything is seen as a “you” problem Addition to workload without increasing compensation Expectation to meet metrics by working evenings, weekends, holidays-no true time off
