      Friendly colleagues who naturally leave the company very soon

      Highly complexed and inadequate management, nepotism, favouritism, no clear career path, LIES that are too obvious, little money, micro-managers, people who seem to be appointed in roles randomly, irrelevant training, substantial training not offered at all, unrealistic expectations since all the wrong choices are made

      The work environment is friendly and helpful. All the employees are very experienced and more than happy to answer questions and offer help when asked!

      People are nice to work together, and work time is flexible. Fast-speed work environment, and could learn a lot in a short time period.

      Cons

      Demanding clients are usually there that should be dealt with. It's a super overwhelming work setting.
