Management has no clue. Supervisors will throw you under the bus to save themselves. Very chaotic and unorganized, policies are changed so often it's difficult to keep track. If the supervisors don't like you or you are smarter than them, they will make your life miserable. Use the job for the experience and money but don't expect to make a career of it. You'll want to quit after a year or 2, if they don't fire you first for some made up reason. Near impossible to advance within the company.
