A couple of examples... - you reserve a conference room for a client call only to find that a VP or the Pres. has stolen your room without telling you, so you need to find a new space at the last minute. You and your team are late for the client call. Frequent occurrence, not just once in a while. - your contract requires a technology implementation. Your management signs the agreement knowing there are not enough IT resources to implement said project. Client is dissatisfied because their implementation is delayed. Finance and sr. Management is unhappy because revenue is delayed since you couldn’t bill the client for the project on time. Everyone is extremely overworked and stressed. Overall, a very unpleasant place to work. AVOID UBC unless you are desperate for some temporary income.

Very stressful, lack of cooperation and response from internal team members including Senior Management, only employees who worked together at another CRO with the president move up the ladder and are able to ride the wave without putting in much effort
