Worked on the BD team for several years before moving into sales. Being a BD rep allowed me the opportunity to learn product knowledge and gain marketing and sales techniques before moving into the sales. I absolutely loved my job and every person that I worked with while in the BD department!

Cons

Lots of promotions and events so had to work lots of evenings and most weekends.
