The company is constantly striving to be better.The company offers increased levels of training over time. Support from management available and lots of great perks to the lifestyle of a beverage sales rep.

Great health insurance, weekly pay, great health insurance, management tries to cater to all problems, if your into the industry you can advance quickly.

Cons

Your at the mercy of everyone around you, the customer is always right and the customer can treat you however they deem necessary. Untited will not do anything to resolve this issue, your a puppet on a string. This goes for both delivery and sales. Delivery gets the short end of the stick in this predicament. Sales is held above all else, get all the bonuses,pay and praise. The good managers at United try to make things right, but always get shot down by senior management. This company is all about the money.
