Pros

Depending on your job tital your role can be very flexible and come with a lot of autonomy. This can vary greatly depending on the direct manager you are assigned to.

Cons

Changing elements in business require more and more work hours but with the same level of pay. Benefits are terrible. Must work 2 years before getting 10 days of pto and 5 years before getting 15 days then 10 years before getting 20 day. This is the updated policy over the previous which was exponentially worse.

Quick paced and great exercise

Pros

The beverage industry is quickly evolving everyday. New products and new categories seem to pop up constantly. Physically you will be stacking cases and building displays so little need to have a gym membership.

Cons

You will be working in different areas each day so it is hard to get familiar with your surrounds as they change day to day in the trainee role.
