      Pros

      United keeps growing and has a great way of keeping the people throughout the acquisition process. Every branch you go to you feel like they are a family and that is difficult to do in such a large company. They really strive to achieve the highest standard of customer service and provide the proper training to their employees.

      Cons

      If you weren't around when the company first started it is difficult to grow unless you have someone in your corner. If you are valuable you may find yourself in a position longer than expected. Although they are a leader in their industry there are still a lot of room to within the culture and the technology.

      Great benefits. Pay is okay. PTO, 401K, decent location.

      Cons

      No promotional value; you would have had to have been here when they first opened to get promoted. Micro management; Enough pay to keep you around but not enough to make someone happy; Stagnant in position, no career growth; People start to feel under appreciated because of the amount of work you do but not noticed or rewarded.
