Pros

Friendly, helpful coworkers always willing to stop and teach or assist.

Cons

Can be slightly difficult to learn the right equipment for the jobs but most people know what they need anyway. Getting out in the yard/field and putting your hands on the equipment or spending time with Equipment Associates can fix that though.

Pros

The company is pretty big over the U.S. so if you want to transfer else where you can

Cons

Majority of the positions are sales based, so if you are not a sales person, you don't have much of a choice to do anything else in the company
