      What an incredible place to work. Culture is everything and this companies commitment to safety, it's people and our customer is top notch. Our leadership truly care about all of us and we recognize all our folks for the amount of work we put in. Great compensation

      long work weeks are normal and expected. Always seem to need more fleet.

      United Rentals has lots of opportunity for advancement. Name brand recognition plus the fleet to back you up. As an OSR you have every opportunity to add fleet to your territory plus fatten your check with used equipment sales. United Rental truly is a one stop shop. Trench, Pump, Tool, Power and HVAC, Safety, Reliable On Site Services, true 24 hour service. Plus our online services can’t be touched.

      Pros

      Company is very committed to its people, safety career development and compensation are outstanding. If you want to place to work where they believe in you and want you all they can to develop your career this is the place. United Rentals is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for.

      Cons

      Absolutely none. There’s not a better place to work. I’ve been with the company for two years, it’s not often that a fortune 500 company will give you an opportunity.
