Pros

Overall okey company good time off

Cons

They always recruit for inside sales position out of Charlotte or Tampa. Unbelievable nonsense , Worst management I have ever seen and I was a manger in my previous job. If you are the call center other company employees don’t even show you respect. They know the center is a joke and the mangers there never nor have any construction experience yet they are making the processes there. Processes actually goes against the real on site branches
