Pros

-EXTREMELY safety conscious company -Many paths of upward mobility due to size of company and numerous divisions -Vast I/T platform to support the employee with vast number of applications such as Salesforce.com, Safety Reporting System, internal social media for employee communications, etc. -competitive pay structure

Cons

-working for the largest equipment rental company in the world you'll have to deal with, sometimes, slow processes to get your job done (ie, contacting different departments or trying to find the correct person to solve your problem) -company hierarchy is vast so trying to understand who is who's boss -with so many divisions, sometimes there's product 'overlap' so there's inner competition to get equipment on rent to a customer.
