Pros

Competitive compensation, college reimbursement, overtime during busy season, opportunity to get training, locations all over the U.S., can advance if hard-working, good at social networking, and patient...really patient

Cons

Can be stressful, lots of initiatives from corporate some aren't great, equipment has to be turned quickly to keep utilization high, sometimes it can be hard to find equipment for customers, scheduling deliveries can be hard due to limited trucks. Staffed a little on the light side making vacations in summer tough

Pros

Pays well when you produce and is empowering once you earn trust. Always looking to improve and reinvent itself. Very driven.

Cons

Very competitive at the field level. Unfortunately, when it comes to cutting costs, those who aren't in the glasshouse gets to be cut first. Difficult to have work-life balance. It's promoted but hard to put in practice.
