Pros

The first few years were good, was able to make good business decisions that made sense for both the business and the customers.

Cons

* Buddy system to get promoted, many people that were in regional leadership positions were completely unqualified to lead. * There was no team work, things were what have you done for me lately and back stabbing was common place, people would do whatever it took to make them look good.

Pros

Days go by really fast... Worked out of a few different branches now and every one of them was extraordinarily busy. Have met a lot of great people and friends through working here.

Cons

Most of the reason that days go by fast is that management goes with a bare bones staff at every branch almost to a T. I have worked out of a few locations and you always felt swamped and when you talked to other branches they would always say the same thing. Training program is terrible, no real way to learn what it is that you are actually selling. In order to move up, you are likely going to have to move around a lot.
