Pros

- Work follows a comfortable pace, there isn't usually a huge stressful rush to get things done. - Fantastic benefits package. - Good amount of PTO, parental leave, and vacation. (They even have a paid mental health day per year). - The current crew has some good people that makes work enjoyable. - The current branch manager is great.

Cons

- None come to mind at the moment aside from the usual downsides of any job.

I have been at several of the major rental companies. URI is by far the best.

Cons

Big ship small rudder. Due to the companies size implementation can take time.
