Pros

The name brand to advance career

Cons

Everything is metric driven to the point of numbers over actual productivity. CRM isn’t a tool but rather a way to avoid getting on a “naughty list” instead of having better customer interactions. No work life balance whatsoever. They will bleed you dry. Bass pay is a joke, especially in California.
