Pros

Pay and benefits at UR are very good. Easy in sales to earn six figures and to expand your skill set. Branch level management (at least mine) cared about you as an employee. Specialized divisions means you always had a line that could benefit a customer.

Cons

A overall sales outlook of burn and turn. Salesforce is used like a sledge hammer and just adds to busy work despite your performance. Beyond branch level is out of touch with local markets and ticking all the boxes is what matters.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. All the resources of the largest equipment rental company in the world.

Cons

It’s large size also can lead to inefficiency. Recent acquisitions not always well planned for at a local level, leading to confusion on strategy once integrated.
