Good not Great

Pros

Company overall is decent. Hard to advance pay as you grow, 3% at a time isn’t going to get you where the rest of the world is.

Cons

Safety culture, though necessary, is over the top. Benefits are expensive.

Pros

Good benefits and retirement package. Plenty of OT is offered.

Cons

Never room to move up, constantly getting called out, and being rushed to complete orders.
