Good 401k, good hours (no weekends), opportunities for advancement, no micromanaging.

Cons

Not much flexibility, not much work-life balance, not much PTO.

The company is good, great benefits, great people

Pros

We are a team who can move like one man in several skins. The culture here is "everybody helps everybody." There is little to no "adult supervision" until you ask for it. Our local management has earned our loyalty; that can't be bought.

Cons

The is no path for advancement for drivers. The trucks are governed @ 65MPH, and they're a little underpowered.
