Pros

Benefits. Company isn't Afraid to Spend money making your job easier/safer. Safety Culture. Work/Balance. Everyone is Accountable.

Cons

Corporate.. A lot of it’s “out if my hands” attitude from the branch managers and up. Management has discretion to follow the guidelines and procedures with a lot of flexibility. One person can get fired on the spot without any prior discipline for a minor infraction yet others are only verbally reprimanded for the same infraction, by the same manager/s. Favoritism is huge. District managers are excellent at showing up unannounced to seemingly unload their “shit rolls down hill” issues to the branch manager which then repeats this process until morale has bottomed out for something you didn't know about until someone was pointing the finger at you. Rinse and repeat. Mundane the day to day shop vibe is amazing but the upper level folks are in a competition to prove themselves while leaving the lower guys as collateral damage.

Pros

Company overall is decent. Hard to advance pay as you grow, 3% at a time isn’t going to get you where the rest of the world is.

Cons

Safety culture, though necessary, is over the top. Benefits are expensive.
