Old RSC management mentality, good old buddy system, hard to promote, low ball your yearly reviews no matter how dedicated or hard you work.

Managers don't communicate effectively between each other. U shouldn't need two bosses. They don't want to acknowledge or deal with any issues amongst employees. Instead they sweep issues under the rug instead of addressing them the same day. Management will ask for employee advice, when they have problems with other employees, in private. Employees make threats, and management does nothing. They would rather keep the employees that cause problems, and scare off the good employees. Warning ⚠️ Do not work for the Cedar Rapids branch! Period!
