Pros

Lots of overtime: Good if you're looking to earn more (though this can also mean burnout over time). Willingness to give instructions: People are communicative, even if not hands-on. Supportive management style: No micromanagement or harassment—big plus. Clear expectations: As long as tasks are completed on time, you’re trusted to work independently.

Cons

Empty promises of promotion Long hours with minimal support High turnover (a sign of deeper issues) No real raises, just symbolic gestures like “good job” coins Little to no work-life balance, especially when it comes to family time
