Pros

Amazing (smart/talented/fun) people!!!! Tons of tools to get the job done! Several career paths, opportunities to learn/grow/advance both personally and professionally. A leadership team that walks the talk. A rewarding environment both financially (all EE's were just awarded shares of stock for job well done during COVID!!!!) and with other ways of recognition - like after hours events and peer recognition program! Impressive support of their EE's, Veteran's and Diverse groups to be a part of if one wishes to be.

Cons

I really don't have any yet... seriously.
