Pros

Great benefits, stability, and built in opportunities for success

Cons

Slow to make changes, especially with bad management, which is pushing experienced people to competitors. Allow competitors to take market share because of how rigid they run the business. Can’t compete with price due to the bloated middle management layers, these jobs are adding too much operational cost to the business.

Company commitment to you. Varied work environments. Strong job security. Good hours.

Cons

Often too many moving parts in each deal. Difficult to promote, especially with current competitor acquisitions.
