Pros

Focus on safety, teamwork and community. Training is one of the top priorities for both exempt and nonexempt employees. Opportunity for growth is tremendous. Highly competitive salaries.

Cons

Need more personnel to keep up with the tremendous growth that we are encountering. More vacation time and holidays off would be encouraged.

Pros

Good Pay, Good Benefits, multiple opportunities

Cons

Standards work requirements and expectations not the same across the board. Some do nothing and have been employed for years, some work hard but at anytime expendable.
