Pros

Excellent benefits, company vehicle, safety culture. You get to work and grow an existing book of business.

Cons

They measure everything and set unrealistic expectations. Workload is overwhelming and they demand more. No work/life balance if you want to be successful. In the end it's all about the profits and shareholders. Too many acquisitions inheriting reps that are not up to par and they keep cutting territories. Plug & play mentality, if a rep leaves they just replace him/her and stat the process again. Customers are used to having a new rep every month.
